The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The location was very close to the historic center of the city, making it easy to explore all the main visitor attractions. Additionally, it was conveniently located right by the bus stop to Whitstable, allowing for easy transportation. The breakfast provided a great variety of hot and cold options, even on New Year's Day. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel facilities were of a high standard.

The tastefully refurbished building retained its old-world charm while providing all the modern comforts we needed. The room we stayed in, the Woodmill, was spacious and quiet. The breakfast service was exceptional, with a delicious full breakfast served at our table. this hotel provided a great location and fantastic value for money.

Lovely location for exploring Canterbury attractions. The hotel is clean and offers free parking on site. The bar is cozy and the breakfast is hearty with plenty of choices. We had a room in the annex and it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries provided were also of high quality. The proximity to the town center and the train station is a major plus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Canterbury.

I recently stayed at The Falstaff in Canterbury for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel's central location and beautiful old building. The live music in the bar on Monday evening was a delightful surprise, and the talented pianist provided the perfect ambiance. The bar staff were attentive and made sure we had a great evening. The cocktails were top-notch, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a fantastic veggie option. The bed was comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water for a bath or shower. a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was delicious with an array of fresh fruit and buffet service. Plus, it was possible to order eggs cooked to your preference. the location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and attractions within a 10-minute walk. the free car park was a major plus, especially in such a central location.

The wardrobe space in the cosy double room was limited, which could be a problem for some guests. there was a smell in the bedroom that was not very pleasant.
