I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a prime location. It was situated near a beautiful river, which added to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, it was just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for our arrival and departure. The hotel was also close to the city's church, and we had an amazing view of the famous Matterhorn from the streets! The bus stop for the ski lifts was just a stone's throw away, making it easy for us to access the slopes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, ensuring that we started our day off on the right foot. I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and advantages offered by this hotel.

During my recent stay at Hotel Astoria, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. As a family of three, we had more than enough space, and the two-sided balcony was a great addition. I also appreciated that the room didn't have carpeting, as I prefer a clean floor. The staff, especially the lady who assisted with breakfast, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. I also liked that they prepared packed lunchboxes for our early check-out. The hotel itself, housed in an antique building, had a charming and well-maintained interior.

The breakfast was decent and the sauna facilities were good. the city view from our balcony was pretty amazing. the hotel is located within walking distance of both the train station and the city center, making it easy to explore the city.

The entrance area of the hotel was really dirty and small. the bathrooms are definitely in need of an upgrade and the ambiance of the hotel is pretty underwhelming.

Conveniently located near train station and surrounded by restaurants and hotels. Third-floor room with stunning view of Matterhorn. Rich breakfast with delicious local ham, cheese, yogurt, and jam. Warm-hearted and child-friendly staff, especially Marco who provided helpful recommendations and loaned a baby shoulder carrying bag for hiking.

Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities, especially the spa and wellness center, were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a good variety of options to satisfy different dietary preferences. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about local attractions and restaurants.

It's very close to the bus stop, making it extremely convenient for getting around, whether it's to the train station or to the ski lifts. The rooms also have a balcony, which is a nice bonus for enjoying the view of the Matterhorn or for chilling drinks. The breakfast at this hotel is a real highlight, with a wonderful Italian chef preparing delicious dishes. It's included in the price, so you can start your day off right without any extra cost.
