The hotel had a charming traditional Swiss chalet architecture with handmade wooden furniture, giving it an authentic Franco-Suisse feel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage if needed. The restaurant offered a variety of local specialties and excellent refreshments, both inside and on the terrace. The hotel was also conveniently located within easy walking distance of the train station, making it a great base for exploring the area.

Some rooms had low ceilings, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.
