The location is fantastic, with plenty of things to do around the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the bonus of having a jacuzzi in some of them.

I had a great stay here! This place is close to everything that Nashville has to offer, making it perfect for exploring the city. The location is very forceful in nature, with many restaurants and stores just a short walk away. The staff is really helpful and offers great service like car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. My room was very comfortable, and the amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities made my stay even better.

This hotel is a great value for money! It's not far from everything that Nashville has to offer, located in a business center and convenient to everything but not too close that you had to fight traffic. During our stay at Comfort Suites, we had a really good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The food options were excellent and it was a great start to our day. Additionally, the night shift staff member was very friendly and kind, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

One minor drawback was that the central cooling thermostat in our room was not working properly. However, we were able to adjust the temperature using the controls at the window, although it took some time to find the right balance.
