Spent a lovely getaway at a spot where summer dreams become reality. Condos were cozy, filled with amenities. Restaurant was a hit, and staff made it perfect. A place where sand, sea, and serenity meet.

I loved it all, even the front desk guy's enthusiastic welcome.

Loved the stunning oceanfront views from our room and how easy it was to access the beach. The staff at the on-site restaurant were fantastic, serving up a delicious breakfast and satisfactory dinner. Location right by the beach was perfect for our romantic getaway.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dusty surfaces and even food remnants left in our room. Housekeeping staff seemed unprofessional, with one looking like they were on drugs.

The hotel is older but well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The beachfront location is stunning, and the amenities, like the two-bedroom suites with kitchenettes, are convenient. A few minor cleanliness issues, but overall a great experience.

The spacious double queen room in the front main building was impressive, with attentive housekeeping evident throughout. The heated pool and beachfront location were highlights, along with the stunning live beach view at check-in. Convenient access to YMCA amenities and a great on-site restaurant added to the overall positive experience, despite some room discrepancies and the late check-in policy.

Had a blast during my business trip! The beach view was absolutely stunning, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious with an oceanfront location, just a short walk to the shore. The front desk attendant was fantastic, always ready to assist with a smile and extra coffee packets.

There were a few hiccups. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, affecting our sleep quality.

The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The highlight of my visit was the incredibly comfortable bed, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I would definitely consider staying here again for leisure trips to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and scenic surroundings.

The Sea Ranch Resort in Kill Devil Hills provided a delightful stay with its stunning oceanfront condos. The roomy living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for my family, and the private balcony offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, creating a serene environment to start the day.

Although I signed a waiver acknowledging there was no smoking and no pets allowed, there were dogs continuously being walked down our hall to our room, which was a bit unexpected and in contrast to the policy stated.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference and it proved to be a superb venue for my event. The beachfront location provided a serene backdrop for networking and the restaurant's attentive staff and quality food exceeded my expectations.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of sufficient electrical hookups in the room for everyone attending the conference.

My friends and I had an epic time at the beachfront hotel in Kill Devil Hills. We explored The Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jockeys Ridge State Park, and even went on a wild adventure at the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. The oceanfront balcony was perfect for hanging out and watching the waves. Plus, the experienced event coordinators made our impromptu beach party a hit!

We wished for more lively evening activities for the young crowd, like beach bonfires or late-night beach games.

Rooms varied; Some facing parking lots, some dated, but spacious. Staff attentive, accommodating room changes. Beach proximity excellent, with good food options. Air conditioning issues handled promptly. A pleasant stay with friendly service and convenient location.

Everything is what I need and want.

The beds were cozy, and there were ironing facilities available which came in handy. The heating in the room worked well, keeping us warm during the chilly evenings. Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The carpet in the room seemed a bit tired and could use an upgrade. there was a persistent foul odor in the room that was off-putting. We also noticed some cockroaches in the hallways, both dead and alive, which was concerning. On the bright side, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the free toiletries supplied were a nice touch. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer on-site, making it convenient to freshen up our clothes. One area that could be improved is the lack of kitchen utensils and cookware in the room. This made it challenging for us to prepare simple meals or snacks. the outdoor garden furniture could have been more comfortable for relaxing under the sun. All in all, our stay at The Sea Ranch had its ups and downs, but we made the most of it and enjoyed our time there. The friendly staff and convenient amenities helped make our visit a pleasant one, despite the minor issues we encountered.

The night staff were courteous and helpful, always making us feel welcome. "T," the young man who assisted us, was awesome and went above and beyond to help with any issues. The resort itself was wonderful, with a convenient beach just steps away. The indoor pool was a great amenity, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. The Beachside Bistro had good food and attractive decor. Our newly renovated bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and can recommend it.
