The hotel is conveniently located just outside the center, making it easy to explore St Moritz by ski bus. The rooms are cozy with lovely views of the mountains. The staff is incredibly competent and friendly, making the service top-notch. The breakfast is great, with delicious cappuccinos. The hotel has a rich history, and you can see bits of it in the antique elevator and room key pegs. Additionally, the hotel offers a free train shuttle, which is a great bonus.

One downside is that the hotel is a bit of a walk to the train station, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The beds were slightly hard and there were no sheets, only a thick comforter that felt quite hot. the walls were a bit thin, which meant some noise could be heard from neighboring rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for hiking, with the funicular station only a 10-minute walk away and a bus stop right near the hotel. The hotel even provided a free public transport card, which saved us a lot of money when exploring the mountains. The hotel had a fantastic pool and a small sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking. The restaurant on-site was excellent, and we ended up eating there multiple times during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English.

The best aspects of our stay were the convenient location and the friendly staff. the hotel was situated in a key location, making it easy for us to start our Glacier Express rail excursion. the desk staff gave us a great recommendation to visit Muottas Muragl, which we really enjoyed after our late afternoon arrival. Additionally, the courtesy hotel van ride down the hill to the Bahnhof in the morning was much appreciated.
