The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is good with nice bathroom fixtures and fittings. The breakfast is excellent, offering a full English and plenty of options. It's within walking distance of the city centre and just a stone's throw away from the Metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the added comforts like the mini fridge with complimentary bottles of water. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
