My partner and I stayed at Basecamp for a week to explore the beautiful Swiss Alps. The hotel's location was perfect - secluded and peaceful at night. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a stunning balcony offering magnificent views of the Matterhorn. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but delicious, featuring options like fried eggs and roasted potatoes. We even made our own rolls with the provided salami, ham, and cheese to take with us on our mountain hikes. it was a satisfying and memorable stay.

We were glad to find the complementary champagne and rose petals on arrival. we couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the midst of all the stunning natural beauty. the room had fantastic views of the surrounding scenery and was very spacious.

The bed was uncomfortable and didn't allow for much restful sleep, which was really disappointing for our romantic escape.
