I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the staff provided excellent service, despite occasional language barriers, offering help with the aid of translators. the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and exceeded expectations from the online images. the traditional Japanese breakfast was a highlight, served daily and with variety. the hotel's serene garden, despite its location near a highway, provided a peaceful retreat away from the noise.

There was nothing I didn't like.

20-Minute walk from train station. Bathtub cleanliness can improve.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hot spring. the room was spacious and beautifully vintage, allowing us to relax while enjoying views of the lush greenery. the hot baths were immaculate, although finding the property from the highway bus stop was a bit tricky. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

From the moment I arrived, this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre and a massage service. the staff provided exceptional service and made me feel like royalty. I was blown away by the beautiful garden area, while the hot spring bath was a perfect way to unwind. the exquisite restaurant served up an array of delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. the private facilities in my room were amazing, contributing to an unforgettable stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow internet connection, which was not too much of a problem in comparison to the other upsides.

We particularly enjoyed the traditional Japanese cuisine, beautifully presented and full of flavor. the location offered stunning rural views and was a great escape from the city hustle and bustle.

It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility, especially for travelers arriving from the airport. However, these small drawbacks were not enough to detract from the lovely experience we had at this beautiful hotel.
