We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The view from our room was absolutely exquisite, overlooking the small town and snow-clad mountains. Although the hotel is slightly away from the center of Wengen, it is worth the uphill walk or using the shuttle service provided by the hotel to help with luggage. The location is excellent, within walking distance from the train station and right above the gondola ride to Mannlichen, which offers a faster and easier route to Grindelwald. The staff here, without exception, were attentive, charming, and extremely helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and ensured all our needs were met. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and freshly made omelettes. We also booked dinner every night of our stay and it was a true steal for the price. The waitresses provided an extremely high level of service, and the manager made a point to talk to all the guests daily.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was bright, airy, and had a beautiful balcony with unreal views of the alpine scenery. The location was perfect, just a short uphill walk from the town center, and the staff treated us with warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa and pool facilities were also a highlight, with a variety of saunas to try and a relaxing jacuzzi area.

Additionally, the hotel's location on the edge of town meant it was a bit of a walk to the station and cable car, although there was a shortcut path through the fields that helped.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel for two nights. We were upgraded to a room with a lovely balcony offering unreal views of the stunning alpine scenery. The staff were polite and helpful, and the spa and pool facilities were great. The entire hotel, including the restaurant and seating areas, was beautifully designed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of options. the highest standard hotel we experienced during our two weeks in Switzerland.
