We stayed at Herbert Samuel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Doron, was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations. The location is perfect, close to Machne Yehuda Market and the old city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the hotel had great amenities like a gym, pool, sauna, and steam rooms. We would definitely come back again when in the area.

I recently had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in Jerusalem. the room was comfortable and beautifully designed, and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. the hotel also had a pool and gym, which were fantastic amenities. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the hotel's commitment to kosher standards and the שמיטה year. They had a משגיח who patiently explained the origin of the food and put our concerns to rest.

The service at the front desk was disappointing, especially regarding car access for disabled guests. the staff didn't answer the phone promptly and were not helpful in resolving the issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, near everything on the pedestrian street. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were both cozy and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the gym had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was delicious and definitely the best I had during my time in Israel. The staff was a standout - friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even arranged transportation to the airport for me in the early morning. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at Herbert Samuel in August. The room was great and the location perfect. The highlight was the breakfast room on the 12th floor with its stunning view of Jerusalem. I spent as much time as I could there each morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and has a luxurious feel. The breakfast restaurant on the top floor provides a great view. The staff members are helpful and accommodating, especially Wassim at the front desk and Elad Zfania, Guest Relations Manager. The food, including the Shabbat dinner, is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram, the old city, and social life in the city.
