We enjoy our stay at this elegant hotel conveniently located within walking distance to key attractions like Jaffa Gate and the vibrant Mahne Yehuda market. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, particularly the guest relations manager and the rooms division manager, are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience.

The only downside was needing to wait a bit longer for room service.

rooms are well-equipped with everything needed and have great views. the indoor pool is a relaxing spot, and breakfast is freshly made to order with stunning city vistas. staff were always eager to assist.

The breakfast on the 11th floor is a standout feature. variety and quality are top-notch and really make the morning special. The pool area is charming and offers a nice retreat after a long day of exploring.

The location, while central, comes with its own challenges, including difficulty accessing the hotel by car, which can lead to dragging your luggage. Air conditioning issues were apparent, with some rooms experiencing constant noise, and there were notable delays in housekeeping as rooms weren't serviced until late in the afternoon. A lack of dining options early in the week might leave guests wanting more, especially if you rely on in-house meals.

The front desk staff were super friendly, really went out of their way to help us with dinner recommendations. I mean, who doesn't love a spacious room with a comfy bed, right? Plus, the breakfast was just perfection, especially with Raphael greeting us with a smile every morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, worth it for the experience.
