I really got my money's worth at Sotetsu Fresa Inn! The room was compact but comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to the train station and plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially the sweet person at reception who made our check-in experience extra enjoyable. A big plus was the availability of amenities specifically for women like bath salts and skin care products, and I loved the free services for renting hair irons and clothes irons. The water quality was great too!

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, as the quantity and quality of the food was not up to par compared to other breakfast experiences I've had in Japan. But that's just a minor thing to consider in an otherwise delightful stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn.

The bed is comfortable, and there are options for both hard and soft pillows. The staff are helpful, and the room package includes a small selection of breakfast items.

I had a great experience staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, from checking me in to providing recommendations for local eateries. They even helped me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the JR station, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. the area had plenty of restaurants and even a 7/11 nearby. the room was small but efficiently arranged, and the cleanliness was impressive. the staff went above and beyond by storing my luggage between my stays and receiving packages on my behalf. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay at a hotel just a few minutes' walk from Kanda station. the room was reasonably sized for Tokyo standards and very clean. There were plenty of amenities and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, with easy access to Akihabara and Tokyo stations, and even within walking distance to Ueno and Asakusa areas. We also liked that there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the self check-out facility was convenient.

The amenities provided at the front office were a great bonus, especially since they were given for free. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with two subway stations close by, making it easy to travel around the city. Plus, being just a short walk away from Akihabara was a definite plus for me.

the Sotetsu Fresa Inn was a fantastic choice. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants near the station. I felt safe walking back to the accommodation at night. the room itself was clean and well equipped, and I had a special one on the top floor with a big window facing the sky tree - an amazing sight. the bed was large and comfortable, and the room was also very quiet. the cleaning system was good, and the staff were nice. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the JR trains and metro made it easy to explore Tokyo. I had a wonderful stay.
