I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated just outside the center of town on a steep hill, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hotel's lovely garden added to the peaceful ambiance. The staff were exceptional, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the stunning view. The in-house restaurant served absolutely fabulous food, and the breakfast was simply fabulous. this place exceeded my expectations and I cannot imagine a better hotel in this area.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at this hotel and loved the breathtaking views from our room and the pool area. The location was convenient for exploring the area and there was a nice pool to relax by. We also appreciated the fitness facilities in the pool area.

We had to wait a long time for our meals and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. The prices for food and drinks were also too high for the quality.

The hotel's location was exceptional, nestled on the side of a mountain with stunning views of the town and lake from our balcony. We loved being able to easily explore the town by taking the funicular down and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished with modern marble floors, and our room in the new extension was spacious and recently renovated. The air conditioning was effective and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The spa area was well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the ample and secure parking available. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities.
