My recent stay at Busta House was absolutely delightful. The historical charm of the building instantly transported us to another era. The vintage decor, complete with stone doorways and family portraits, made us feel like we were living in a different time. The staff, especially Bradley, Alan, Aisla, and Lee. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of Busta Voe and was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel, especially the perfectly cooked steaks and the amazing pudding prepared by the talented chef Linda. The central west location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings and going on walks. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and charming experience.

I recently stayed at the lovely Busta House Hotel in the Shetland Islands for one day and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and service minded, making us feel right at home. We were even upgraded to the spacious Muckle Roe room with breathtaking views of the water. The charm of the creaky floors and thin walls added to the overall character of the hotel. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, satisfying our taste buds. The hotel's rich history also fascinated us, with its mention in the Lerwick Museum. Busta House is truly a unique and integral part of Shetland's history. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring central and northern Shetland, making it ideal for travelers like us.

Spent Christmas here and had a lovely time. the building is charming and well maintained, with a lot of character and history. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even taking the time to adjust our meal options to accommodate our dietary needs. Location-wise, it was perfect to go on gentle walks in the beautiful surroundings during the day and cozy up by the fireplace at night. the hot chocolate was excellent.

The wifi connection was quite weak and inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected with loved ones during the holidays. the heating system was not very effective, and the temperature was sometimes too low for our liking.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, right on the Busta Voe shore with picturesque gardens, is absolutely stunning. The staff provide top-notch service and are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable armchairs and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, a perfect start to the day.
