As adults, we appreciated the lovely lake view from our room and the hotel's proximity to the city centre. The staff were friendly, and the customer service was responsive to our pre-arrival inquiries. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and controllable temperature. We also liked that parking was available, albeit at an additional cost. our stay was enjoyable, and we would highly recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Neuchatel for a weekend getaway. The location was outstanding, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the Alps from both the rooftop bar and the seaside rooms. The terrace on the base level was also wonderful. The rooms were clean and the room service was excellent. The lake view room was worth the extra money as it was super quiet and had a great air conditioner. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bar and dinner were both brilliant.

We loved the lake view from our room, well worth the extra money. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment easily accommodated our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and on the waterfront. Having parking right outside the hotel was convenient. The staff provided exceptional service, with clear explanations and attention to detail. one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while.

We felt extremely satisfied, nothing was too much trouble.

In summary, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It has an unbeatable location, luxurious rooms, and excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The complimentary drinks at the bar and the free breakfast room service were a nice touch. the hotel's location provided stunning views of the lake and the surrounding area. the rooftop terrace offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Loud music from a nearby establishment disturbed our sleep, and the sound of housekeeping staff in the morning was also disruptive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is absolutely gorgeous, right on the lake. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom. the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the breakfast room had a lovely ambiance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the water bowl and dog amenities for our furry friend.

The location is excellent, close enough to walk easily to the noisier center but also close to the best beaches in town. The hotel facilities are impressive, with a spacious and well-equipped bathroom in my room. I particularly enjoyed the little coffee machine provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards my needs as I was traveling with a young baby. The hotel's breakfast had a good variety of high-quality food.
