We loved the seaplane ride, incredible service, and warm staff. The evening activities were enjoyable, and the all-inclusive amenities were a treat. The house reef snorkeling was fantastic, and the spa was breathtaking. The food, service, and drinks were fantastico!

Great beach and comfortable room. The breakfast was plentiful and offered lots of choices. The location was great, close to many attractions and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed exploring the local markets.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with our room and they were not resolved in a timely manner, which was frustrating.
