Great location near restaurants and attractions. Confusing light switches in the room.

We were amazed by this venue. The location was very convenient, placed in a restaurant district, and it was easy to walk to all the city sights. The staff was very accommodating, and we enjoyed the room service and 24-hour security. The flat-screen TV and soundproofed rooms were a great plus, and we appreciated free toiletries.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the modern toilet was a definite highlight. The hotel facilities were great, and the fact that the room had ample space for toiletries was a bonus. The location in the old town area was ideal, as it was just a short 5-minute walk from the station and all amenities. It was also conveniently located near all the important places to visit. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff, especially Esmeralda, made me feel right at home.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the amenities and within walking distance of the train station. the staff were friendly and professional, offering assistance with restaurant reservations and providing recommendations for drinks. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and there was an elevator for convenience. I particularly enjoyed the variety of restaurants within a few steps of the hotel, making it easy to find a place to eat.

The room did not match the pictures and could benefit from a refurbishment. There were noticeable stains and scratches on the furniture and walls, and the curtain was coming off.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. We were right in the heart of the city, close to all the key attractions and amenities. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and provided us with a great night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and provided us with useful information about the city.

the housekeeping did not change the sheets during our three-night stay, which was a bit off-putting. the amenities and mini bar were not refreshed, and we were not provided with water.

Our stay in this hotel was nothing short of perfect! The location was just what we were looking for, right in the middle of the old town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to explore. The room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The service from the receptionist was exceptional, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The breakfast was also included and well-cured. We loved spending time in the lounge and library, a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

There was a bit of an issue with the air conditioning on our first night, which made it a little difficult to sleep due to the heatwave. However, the staff was quick to resolve the issue and everything was sorted out for the remainder of our stay.
