The hotel's location is ideal, as it is very close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center and old town. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The receptionist, Rebecca, was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She quickly allocated our room and made us feel right at home. We were impressed by the high-quality fit outs in the room, especially the flooring and bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center. Despite a minor issue with the shower curtain, everything else in the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was satisfying, with a good selection of bread, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit. The hotel's proximity to the main train station and tram stop for the zoo was very convenient. I would highly recommend Bristol for a short visit to Zurich.

During my recent business trip, I stayed in a hotel that had a great location and fantastic staff. the hotel was conveniently located near the central train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. This made it easy for me to explore the area and visit restaurants and tourist attractions. Additionally, the hotel was close to trams and river boats, providing convenient transportation options.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted my stay. the air conditioning in the room did not work properly, despite requesting to be moved.

As a family, we loved the excellent database service at the front desk for check in and check out. Everything in the hotel worked as expected, and the no-frills atmosphere was perfect for our budget.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as there were no complaints whatsoever.
