The food options at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa were varied and of great quality. We especially loved the massive breakfast buffet that had something for everyone. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, from the smooth check-in process to poolside service to mealtime. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop bar provided stunning views, and the cocktails, although some could be improved, were enjoyable. We also appreciated the option to upgrade to an ocean view room and lounge on the balcony hammock. May was a great time to visit, as the weather was warm without being too hot and humid, and the resort wasn't crowded, making it easy to get reservations. we had a great experience at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a perfect place to relax and unwind. the beach access was easily accessible and offered stunning views. the spa center provided high-quality massages that left me feeling rejuvenated.

While the performances that were available were enjoyable, I would have liked to see a wider range of options.

The location of the resort is ideal, with beautiful views of the sunset from the rooftop bar. Guests can relax in the comfortable chairs and enjoy delicious cocktails like the "Trouble in Paradise." upgrading to an ocean view room allows guests to unwind on their balcony hammock during late afternoons.

Some areas of the resort are undergoing construction, resulting in some disruptive noise during the day.

The resort seemed crowded with loud construction affecting the ambiance. the staff seemed unhelpful when we asked for a hospitality room, and we were held in the lobby for an hour even though we had informed them prior about our special occasion.
