Fantastic outdoor patio but no cigar-friendly area.

Ample parking available and the front desk was super friendly. I appreciated that the AC was already on and the lights were set when I arrived, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, well-illuminated, and offered various electronic plug-ins. The shower was invigorating and I had a restful sleep in a cozy bed.

the room was small, and guest services woudlve been nice if they bothered to provide us with extra blankets promptly. paying top dollar and having to deal with slamming doors is not my idea of luxury. expected at least complimentary water and didn’t get it. i almost considered a good review but just couldn’t.

Oh, the poached eggs at breakfast were pure poetry—perfectly runny and heavenly! And can we talk about the cozy room? It's like stepping into a cloud, with an invigorating shower that totally wakes you up. The outdoor patio? A lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring Las Cruces!

A downside? You can hear the neighbors slamming doors like it's a late-night dance party.

My stay was completely overshadowed by the noise from neighboring rooms. I could hear everything, from slamming doors to loud conversations, making it impossible to relax. On top of that, I expected some bottled water in the room, but there was none. These issues significantly affected my experience, and I can't believe how poorly insulated the rooms are.

The hotel has a nice golf course nearby, perfect for weekend relaxation. I was disappointed that the shower was clogged and leaked. There’s also a bicycle rental available for exploring the area. Overall, nice place but attention to room maintenance is needed.
