We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect for a calm weekend getaway. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by stunning views of the lake. It truly felt like a retreat. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a large balcony that provided a seating area where we could relax and enjoy the amazing view. The breakfast on the outside patio was lovely, with delicious food and a beautiful backdrop of the lake. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the ferry boat stop, offering easy access to explore the neighboring areas along the lake. The rooms are spacious with great lake views, providing a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start off the day. Additionally, the hotel provides facilities such as an outdoor and indoor playground for kids, perfect for families traveling with children.

It can be a bit challenging to reach the hotel without a car, as the best way to access downtown Lucerne is by ferry, which has a flexible timetable.

Our stay at Campus Hotel Hertenstein was absolutely delightful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was breathtaking, with stunning lake views that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a coffee machine in the room and some issues with parking, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience we had. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely lake getaway.

What an amazing experience we had during our New Year's stay! the location was outstanding, right by the lake with breathtaking views. We appreciated the small complementary details offered, such as the refreshing beverages in the room's fridge and the friendly staff. We really enjoyed taking a relaxing stroll through the lush property.

Our room was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning, and the fans provided did very little to cool the room down. the breakfast area was quite chaotic and overcrowded during the holiday period.
