I recently stayed at Carlton Boutique in Lausanne for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself was beautiful, with flowers adorning the balconies and an impressive entrance. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable and quiet, and I particularly enjoyed having a small balcony.

My stay at Carlton Boutique was enjoyable, but there were a couple of downsides. the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations, especially considering the price I paid.

We loved the hotel's stylish décor and the beautiful design of the bedrooms. As young travelers, we appreciated that the hotel arranged for two interconnected rooms, making it convenient for us as we were traveling with kids. The location was perfect, with a metro station nearby that allowed us to easily explore Lausanne and a bus stop just steps away, making it convenient to visit the Olympic Museum. The restaurant in the hotel was also a highlight, offering delicious food and great service. our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, right by the METRO, making it easy to explore the area. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional and we appreciated the airport shuttle service. The sitting area in the room was a nice touch and the safe added extra security.

The location was perfect, right next to the metro station. It made it really easy to explore the city and get around. Plus, the fact that they provided free metro cards for the duration of our stay was a bonus! The staff were also super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

One thing that I didn't quite like was that there was no option to open the windows for some fresh air at night. The windows were good, but it would have been nice to have the choice to ventilate the room.

The hotel's decor is exquisite, with high-quality furnishings and a chic atmosphere. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the lake. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and attentive waitstaff. Additionally, the bed and room were of top-notch quality, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. highly recommended!

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Lausanne! The location was perfect - it was in a quiet area, very near to the underground metro, and close to the Lake where you find an array of excellent restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that provided a charming view. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive receptionists. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and took advantage of the free public transport card. a great experience!

The temperature control in the room could have been better.

the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. the hotel also had a parking lot in front, which was very convenient. I was able to enjoy the spa facilities at the luxury hotel across the street for an additional cost. There were also some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. it was a great place to come back to after a long day.

The hotel had two complementary facts that made my stay more delightful. the bed was phenomenal, causing me to have a good rest. the hotel had an excellent location, which was at a walking distance from almost everywhere. Finally, my room had a fantastic view that made my mornings a bit more enjoyable.

The hotel was not as charming and green as illustrated in the pictures. the hotel is downtown, and the view is surrounded by other buildings.
