absoluteley horrendous, I walked into black mold in the bathroom ceiling! then, kids were running wild at midnight—who’s managing this place? I woudl ve been pleased with some minor compensation for this, but apparently, that's too much to ask for. I almost gave a good review, but this was just beyond. avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found there were no towels in our room, and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, lacking proper linens. We had to request pillows and pillowcases, which felt unprofessional for an executive suite, and overall, our stay fell short of expectations.

We loved how close we were to the campus for the Notre Dame game, which made everything super convenient. The free breakfast was a big hit with the kids, offering a great variety of options they enjoyed. Plus, the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.

However, we did notice some noise from other guests during the night.

The King Room was clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. It had a cozy vibe, definitely suited for a short stay. Staff paid attention to the little things and made check-in feel welcoming. They even remembered my name, which was nice! The pool area looked well-maintained too. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but it was decent. Not a bad experience at all.

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in South Bend with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff made my morning with their kindness, even offering to carry my coffee to a table for me. Check out the nearby mall for some great dining options.

Had a comfy stay in a spacious room. The beds were super cozy! The gym was small but nice for a workout, and the breakfast lady was lovely—she made the mornings feel personal by remembering my coffee order. A few ants in the room were a bit off-putting, though.
