We had a fantastic stay at the Cascada Boutique Hotel! the modern design of the rooms was impressive, and despite their smaller size, they were still functional. the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Switzerland, with a wide variety of options available. We particularly loved that they made eggs to order in the open kitchen. the hotel's stylish and cozy breakfast/restaurant room was definitely a highlight. the hotel's location near the train station made it easy to find, even though it was a bit further from the old town attractions. the complimentary minibar and surprise honeymoon gifts were thoughtful touches.

Cascada Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hotel's proximity to the train station and the Old Town made it a perfect base for exploring the city. the in-house restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious dinner options and a comprehensive breakfast buffet. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with complimentary beverages and luxurious bathroom amenities. the property also had excellent facilities like a gym and spa, and they even provided free local transport tickets and a complimentary mini bar. a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the boutique hotel. the room was spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely furniture. the bathroom was also well-appointed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were professional and always ready to assist us. We were thrilled to find scooters and bikes available , which was especially helpful for our child. the hotel even provided a bus pass for easy transportation to the center of town. We loved the ambiance in the basement, with its projector and Spanish music-themed videos.

Worst aspects: No iPhone USB charger available, which was inconvenient for charging multiple phones. Limited selection of beer in the restaurant. a fantastic stay for New Year's celebrations!

had an amazing stay at a hotel in lucerne for the christmas party. staff were excellent, food was superb, and the room was cozy and clean. loved the welcome drink and free minibar. also, the hotel provided a visitor card for free transportation and discounts. overall, exceeded expectations!

Wifi was poor.

I had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, the covered bridge, and the boats to Mount Rigi. the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the complimentary beverages in the mini fridge, although I would have preferred some still water as well. the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flat. the bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome drinks and Christmas cookies, made me feel right at home. the fast internet was a hit with my teenage boys. And of course, the view of Mount Pilatus was absolutely priceless. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip.
