I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of drinks and the delicious breakfast included in the rate, featuring excellent local cheeses and even gluten-free options. great value for money and attention to detail.

Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast offers gluten-free options included and it's sourced from local produce where the cheeses are exceptional.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, definitely worth the money. My recent stay at Hotel Central in Lucerne was fantastic! I was traveling to Lucerne for a weekend getaway, and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and many popular attractions such as the waterfront and the wooden bridge. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and had a wide selection of options. I also loved that the dining room was open 24/7, offering complimentary hot beverages and even some drinks for a small fee. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. Highly recommended!

I wasn't too keen on the unmonitored luggage room, and I wish the bathroom had more toiletries available. However, overall, I would recommend Central Luzern for your stay in Lucerne.

The room was a bit noisy, especially if facing the main street. the WiFi was also a bit unstable in some of the rooms.

central luzern exceeded our expectations with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. we loved the buffet breakfast and the 24/7 coffee and tea service. natalie, priska, juan luca, and christiaan made our stay even more enjoyable. we can't wait to come back to lucerne and stay here again!

noisy cleaning in the morning

Liked the hotel's location near the train station and attractions. Within walking distance to the river, bridge, and old town. Convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a laundry service which was a plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with freshly ground coffee and a good selection of bread, cheese, and fresh fruit. a great place to stay during the Christmas holiday.

Disliked having to use a physical key instead of an electronic key card. It became quite annoying constantly opening and closing the room with a key.
