Our family vacation at Hilton Grand Vacations in Palm Desert was delightful. the immaculate property offered well-equipped kitchens, excellent facilities, and heated Jacuzzis and pools. the attentive staff saved our day by notifying us of our car lights left on - a thoughtful gesture. the outdoor showers and spacious, comfortable rooms added to our enjoyable stay. the nearby shopping complex was convenient for dining options.

I always return for my romantic escapes. the first time, the staff helped me with shopping spots. This place fits my needs. Free Wi-Fi, parking. 24-hour reception. Pool, fitness center. TV, business center. Table tennis, tennis court, game room. No pets, A/C. All I need!.

Heated Jacuzzis and pools were perfect for winter months, with ample BBQs near each pool. A shopping complex just a short walk away added convenience.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. the hotel's location near the JW Marriott is convenient, making it easy to explore the Coachella Valley.

The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were nice touches. the location put us close to some great hiking trails and local shops. the bed was comfortable as well.

Our Easter stay was pretty disappointing. the room was outdated and in need of some serious TLC.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is not far from highways, making it easy to access. It is also situated near the Desert Willows golf courses, allowing guests to enjoy a round of golf during their stay. Additionally, the hotel is close to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer, providing ample opportunities for entertainment and exploration.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of breakfast. Though there are many dining opportunities in the area and the hotel does not have a restaurant onsite, it would be convenient for guests if breakfast options were offered at the hotel itself.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was conveniently located right by the golf courses and not far from the highways, making it easy to get around and see everything that the Coachella Valley has to offer. Our room was very well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy balcony with garden furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the swimming pools, leisure/TV room, and BBQ facilities were fantastic amenities.
