Brand new apartment with high-quality finishes including fur blankets, surround sound TV, heated towel rails, and a Nespresso machine. Miriam, the manager, was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about our comfort. Well-stocked kitchen with local snacks, milk, wine, water, etc. Hot tub and stunning views. Will likely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully appointed and finished to a high standard. It felt like a real home away from home. The views from the balcony were absolutely gorgeous, offering a stunning panorama of the surrounding mountains and Grimentz. We were also impressed with the location of this place, as it was just a short 3-minute walk from the ski cable car station, making it extremely convenient for our skiing adventures.

The apartment had a cozy feel and the view from the window was amazing. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there were lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful.

The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. There was no clear direction from staff and we had to wait for an extended period of time before being checked in.
