The spa treatments were excellent, the pool for adults only provided a peaceful atmosphere, staff were friendly and helpful, car valet service was convenient, and the hotel offered discounts for nearby snow gear rental.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the area. We loved being so close to the mountain, making it easy for us to enjoy our ski activities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry services. The shuttle service was convenient, and we appreciated the option of using the paid shuttle service as well. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed our breakfast.

The location of this hotel was great for skiing. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options to start the day. It was also convenient to have a storage area for our skiing equipment.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. The cleanliness of our room was lacking with dirty hand prints on the fireplace and crumbs under the couch cushions.

Transfer service worth it for group sharing. Spa and swimming pool looked good. Free upgrade to two bedroom. Loft Bar cozy space with games. Convenient storage for luggage and free lockers. Room had toiletries, continental food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to ski course with good views. Kids playroom enjoyable. Excellent location for ski hire, ski school, and lifts. Spa on site. Restaurant with good wine and beer. Clean room with cooking facilities. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Extend stay easily. Perfect!

The room was well laid out and spacious, providing ample space for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel provided helpful information and communication before our arrival. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
