The location was convenient within walking distance of the downtown core but far enough away to avoid the busyness of the area. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was made to order and delicious. The Heritage home was well-preserved and the grounds were nice.

Our room had a tiny stand-up shower which was not comfortable to use, but it was expected in a smaller Heritage home, not a complaint.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a strong and hot shower to start the day. the young proprietors showed great energy and ambition, which was commendable. the location was excellent, within walking distance of the river, rail bridge, and downtown waterfront properties.

Some aspects were not up to par. It was also inconvenient to have to go up several flights of stairs to reach some rooms.
