For the money, our stay at this hostel was definitely worth it. The room had a cute little balcony, a mini fridge, and a safe, which were all convenient. The location was amazing, close to public transport, bars, food, shopping. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but overall, a minor issue.

The little room was clean, well-equipped, and centrally located. The bathroom was nice and secure, with a bell and cam system for entry. Close to Puerta del Sol and metro station. Elevator available. Good value for money.

Super central, 15 sec walk from main square. Good for eating out. Friendly check-in, quick. Room size fine, little small beds but comfy. Decently hot shower, tidy. Central but not noisy. Nice views to main square. Occasionally minor issues, would stay again.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got a nice and warm room with a unique slanted ceiling. The location was perfect, just steps away from the subway and major sites. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning lady were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast option could have been improved, especially for guests with big luggages who had to navigate multiple staircases without a lift access.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious for a solo traveler, good value for money, and centrally located near cafes and restaurants.

I couldn't believe how central the location of this hotel was. It was like I had the whole of Madrid at my doorstep. Walking distance to all the major attractions, what more could I ask for? The sound isolation was also impressive, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep.

loved my stay at this hostel in Madrid! it exceeded my expectations and was even better than my previous visit. the location was perfect, right near public transport, bars, food, and shopping. the staff was friendly, the room was clean with a balcony, and housekeeping kept everything tidy.

Noise from outside kept me up.

During my recent stay at Hostal Victoria II, I had an amazing time exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, with numerous restaurants and attractions just steps away. I appreciated being so close to the Mai metro station and the main plaza, making it incredibly convenient to travel around the city. It was a pleasant surprise that I could easily walk to popular areas such as Chueca, Gran Via, and even the Museo de Sofia and Museo del Prado. The staff at the hotel were also extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a memorable experience. I am grateful for their assistance when I had minor issues with the TV volume and the phone in my room – they promptly resolved both situations. I had a fantastic moment at Hostal Victoria II and would gladly consider staying there again for my next visit, perhaps in a larger room.
