I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully decorated rooms that made me feel like I was in a fairytale castle. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was even welcomed back to my room with complimentary drinks, fruits, and sweets. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with stunning views overlooking the lake and easy access to the Old City. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the scrumptious pain au chocolate. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all exceptional.
