I had a great stay at Courtyard! The lobby/lounge area was fantastic, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and well-laid out. The free and fast wifi was a bonus, and I loved that there were plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Johnson City.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. the staff was great, they immediately replaced a dirty blanket and were always friendly and helpful. the location of the room was convenient, near the entrance and the bar. We also enjoyed the fact that there were several places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. a very pleasant experience.

The only downside of our stay was the noise from the service entrance behind our room, which was a bit annoying in the morning. It would have been better if the noise could have been minimized.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants, a great Amish market, and even the beautiful Smoky Mountains and historical sites like Roan Mountain. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Although there was no microwave in the room, the hotel pool was open, and there was a wonderful greenway across the street for walking. The staff at Courtyard By Marriott Johnson City were exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially during a difficult time for my family. They even kept the restaurant open for us when we arrived late. the experience was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Plus, it was the perfect base for exploring the Smoky Mountains and other historical places like Roan Mountain. One thing that stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff was. They went above and beyond, keeping the restaurant open for us when we returned late and showing small kindnesses throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better. It would have been nice to have more options for breakfast.
