hotel in lucerne was amazing! the central location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. breakfast was delicious and the adjoining restaurant was a highlight of our trip. highly recommend staying at this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location was superb, a stone's throw away from the train station and the Old Town. The picturesque lake was also within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast spread was good, and the staff provided excellent service. Moreover, the hotel was equipped with modern facilities such as a fan to cool down the room.

The hotel's restricted rule of not getting the room floor wet seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

This hotel is located right in the centre of Lucerne on the main shopping street, which makes it perfect for exploring the city by foot. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and always available to help. I also appreciated the basic amenities in the room, including the ability to charge my mobile devices and the beautiful views from the balcony. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food and offered great coffee to start my day off right.

Great Easter stay! Free chocolates and a welcome drink were a nice touch. Super convenient location near train and boat stations, and close to the top attractions. Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of choices. Loved the yogurt and fresh fruits!

Room didn't have a coffee maker or refrigerator, which would have been better. the décor is slightly outdated, could use some refreshing.
