had an amazing stay in the heart of old san juan at a spacious and clean apartment. location was perfect for exploring, and the rooftop terrace was a great bonus. pleasantly surprised by the easy parking situation and the attentive hosts. exceeded expectations!

Great location. Close to food, bars, shops, pharmacy, and supermarket within walking distance. Quaint and charming with a old-fashioned atmosphere. Friendly and helpful hostess, Marcia, available for any questions or suggestions. Clean and cozy with a balcony view, cold AC, and hot water. A must-stay for a couple of nights when visiting Old San Juan.

The communication with the host was outstanding. They were very responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The location of the property was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. We also loved the cleanliness of the property, it was spotless and well-maintained.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of windows made the room feel stuffy and it was difficult to get fresh air.

I had a great stay at this rental property. the location was perfect, just a short distance from everything I wanted to see and do. the bed was comfortable, although the fitted sheets did tend to come off a bit. the room was reasonably clean, although I did wonder how they managed to clean without hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. it was a fine place for a night's stay, but I'm not sure I would want to stay longer with the water issue. the towels were nicely folded and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

We loved the convenient location of Old San Juan Rentals, right on the main street. The comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable. The rooftop terrace and sitting deck provided lovely spaces to relax. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the coded outside door lock added an extra layer of security.

One drawback was the lack of an elevator, which would have been beneficial for those with mobility issues. Moreover, the absence of a floor edge/lip in the bathroom shower caused water to seep across the floor.

We stayed at a lovely apartment in the heart of Old San Juan. the hammock in the communal area was a great addition, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Our apartment had a mezzanine, giving it a unique and fun feel. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop garden, which offered beautiful views. the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the sea port. we had a great experience at Old San Juan Rentals and would definitely recommend staying there.

Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted. 😊

The location of this rental is perfect, right in the heart of old San Juan. I loved being able to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions like Barrachina and Parque de las Palomas. The comfortable beds and clean towels provided were a nice touch. Also, the kitchen area and upstairs patio were great amenities to have during my stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and had a historical vibe, providing a unique experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the parking situation, with ample free street parking and a nearby lot that was affordable. The check-in process was very easy with 24/7 reception, and our hostess Marcia was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay.
