We had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel nestled on a hill in the heart of the Swiss countryside, overlooking breathtaking vineyards. The location itself was absolutely stunning, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting that made us feel like we were in a hidden paradise. The service was outstanding across the board - from room service and dry cleaning to bicycle hire and assistance with tours and tickets. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a terrace where we could unwind and take in the breathtaking views. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries and a television for our entertainment. The dining experience was exceptional, with a top-notch restaurant offering delicious meals and the option of enjoying breakfast in the comfort of our own room. The bar/lounge area was also a great spot to relax and indulge in some drinks. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and attentive to our every need, making us feel truly pampered and well taken care of. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a sun terrace and a beautiful garden area. The spa centre provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, and the Wi-Fi connection allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. Guests can easily access the hotel via a footpath sign-posted from the car park. The location on the western outskirts of Geneva ensures a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The restaurant prices are quite high, making it less accessible for some travelers.

The hotel was well located and easy to find, with good access to public transportation. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like coffee and tea in the room. the breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food.

The hotel lacked some amenities that could have made our stay more convenient, such as a fitness center or shuttle service. the staff was friendly enough, but didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome or assist with any questions or concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location amidst the vineyards was truly breathtaking. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and showed us to our spacious and clean room. The breakfast buffet the next morning was served in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by flowers. The fresh and high-quality food, along with excellent service, made it a delightful meal. Additionally, the hotel offers a shop where we could purchase spices, wines, and local food, which was a great convenience. The hotel's proximity to Palexpo and the airport, just 10km away, made it an ideal choice for travelers with work or early flights. It was also wonderful to avoid the traffic congestion in Geneva.
