Lovely stay, delicious food. Despite a power outage after a storm, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Would have appreciated a welcome drink after a long flight from New Zealand. We are already planning our next stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent an amazing New Year's at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk to the lake. Plus, we got a free travel pass included, which made getting around the city a breeze. Loved every moment of our stay!

The only downside was the bar and restaurant service. We had to wait quite a while for a drink one evening and had to track down the staff who were just chatting away.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! The complementary chocolates and champagne upon arrival were a lovely touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the lake and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes. We also loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby, which made us feel right at home.

The noise from the busy street outside could be a bit disruptive at times, but the hotel did offer earplugs to help with this. the elevators were a bit small and could be difficult to navigate with suitcases, but the friendly staff always offered to assist with our luggage.

The front desk staff provided great service and were incredibly accommodating, especially Smail and Tarek. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently located near the boulevards, the old center, and within walking distance of the lake, train station, and public transportation. We also loved the outside patio in the back, which was a nice place to relax. The hotel even provided free public transportation cards, which was a great bonus.

The hotel had excellent amenities including a sauna and massage facilities, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The service was exceptional, especially from Tariq on the front desk. our stay here was fantastic and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
