We loved staying here! The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the action, with easy access to the river and popular attractions. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and the room service was exceptional. The room itself was immaculate and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to relax and soak up the sunshine.

That the dinner menu didn't have many vegetarian options, but we still enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of delicious choices. we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at Chillax Heritage Hotel Khaosan - Sha Extra Plus for a few nights while exploring the city. The hotel was clean and looked quite new, with simple yet nice rooms. The bathroom and room provided plenty of storage and shelf space. The pool was refreshing, although the deck was a bit slippery. The location was great, just a few blocks from the ferry stop and close to the Grand Palace. The pool bar was really cool, with a great bartender, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant food was really good, and the breakfast had a variety of Western and Thai options.

It would have been better if the hotel had higher water pressure, making it easier to regulate the temperature in the shower.

The location of this hotel was ideal, close to popular tourist areas like the famous Khao San Road and many temples. It truly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

chillax hotel was a pleasant surprise. unlike other khao san hotels, it felt like a 4/5 star island resort. the staff were professional, polite, and attentive. the rooms were beautiful, clean, and had hot tubs. loved the pool area too. an absolute gem!

The rooftop pool with its stunning views was a highlight, and the cocktails were fantastic. The rooms were modern and stylish, with a 2-person bubble bath and great shower. The staff were friendly and quickly sorted out the wifi for us. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and Thai street food right on our doorstep.

We felt very welcomed during our stay and had no reason to complain.
