I recently stayed at Eden Palace Au Lac for a short trip and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The breakfast room was exceptional, with a stunning view, plenty of space, and a stylish ambiance. Another highlight was the peaceful location, away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disruptions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated the special offer for a tour of Chateau de Chillon and transportation. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view, and the added touches like the umbrella and bathrobes were a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the Freddy Mercury museum and train station made it convenient for exploring the area.

We had a unforgettable experience staying at this place. The location is one of the best in town, right on the lake front and next to the promenade. It's not too far from many restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the local cuisine. The service here is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They were helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and mini-bars. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the generous breakfast buffet.

The rush during peak season might make it difficult to access certain facilities like the iron or requesting an extra bed. However, overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to others due to its scenic location, central position, and the high level of service provided by the staff.

The view from the balcony was amazing, with stunning views of the lake. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and boat stop. The hotel provided us with the Montreux card, giving free access to local transport. The pool area, garden, and overall ambiance of the place were superb.

It is easily accessible from the train station and right in the center of town. Guests can also find numerous restaurants along the lakefront, providing breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and offer a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The staff is highly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast selection is extensive, satisfying various tastes.

The decor is slightly dated, but it does not detract from the overall comfort and pleasant experience of the hotel.

The highlight of our romantic escape was the breathtaking view from our balcony, which made our mornings unforgettable. the complementary late check-out allowed us to relax and enjoy the key location close to the lake and other attractions just a bit longer. the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the hotel was another advantage that made our stay special.

The room service team seemed untrained and we had to request basic amenities such as extra soap and tea. breakfast could be improved, as there was no coffee or tea in the room and milk was hard to come by.

In terms of negatives, there really isn't much to say. The only minor issue we encountered was that our window didn't have enough covering to keep the room cool during the summer.
