As a budget traveller, I loved the variety of facilities and activities offered at Hotel Eiger. The gym and games room provided entertainment in the evenings, and the bar served delicious food so we didn't have to go out.

Felt right at home, couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

I recently had an amazing solo stay at a hotel in the heart of a stunning mountain town. The staff were exceptional, providing warm and friendly service from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of local specialties. The hotel also had an incredible spa area with saunas and a steam room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. it was a fantastic experience.

Some noise from neighboring establishments late at night, but this can easily be avoided by requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from including tasty bread and fresh fruit. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, giving great advice on local attractions and providing complementary drinks upon arrival. the room was well equipped with a comfortable bed and a great view of the surrounding area.

The bathroom was poorly designed with a glass door that didn't close properly and there was some noise from other guests in the hallway.

loved my stay at eiger mountain & soul resort in grindelwald. excellent customer service, clean rooms, and amazing views. the steam room and gym facilities were the best i've seen in any hotel. the restaurant and breakfast were also fantastic. already planning my next visit!
