the staff were really friendly and helpful with all our questons. the ironing facilities were terrible!

I appreciated the spacious family room with both a shower and a bathtub, along with the convenient tram access. The outdoor seating area for breakfast provided a lovely atmosphere. The quality of toiletries was a nice touch.

Inconsistent room quality with smaller and dated rooms!!! Balcony cleanliness could be improved!!! Additional vegetable varieties in meals would be great!!! Slow internet service was a hassle!!! Noise from nearby trams affected sleep quality!!!
