The highlight of our stay at Europa was the hotel pianist. The location was also great, with several in-house restaurants providing plenty of dining options. The wellness amenities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were surprisingly enjoyable. The view from the restaurant upstairs was fantastic, and the live piano performances in the high-end restaurant added to the overall lovely experience.

Nice location with multiple restaurant options. Wellness area was perfect after skiing. Breakfast was tasty and diverse. Gym, sauna, and steam room were well maintained. Lovely terrace facing the mountains. Clean and pleasant rooms. Good English-speaking staff. Free and easy parking.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to bus stops, shops, and other restaurants in the area. It is also situated close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful forest, providing a scenic route to the nearby lake. The rooms are spacious and offer a nice view from the balcony. Some staff members were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm atmosphere. The property is clean and offers free WiFi for guests.

One downside is the outdated furniture and decor in the rooms, which could use some modernization.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, not too far from the center and with immediate access to stunning snow-covered meadows and scenic walking trails. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with complimentary transportation cards that saved us a lot of money on ski lifts and gondolas. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, and the warm water was incredibly inviting. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a breathtaking view of the mountains. the service was top-notch and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

This place is highly recommended for everyone.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from some amazing winter walks. the breakfast and housekeeping staff were super friendly and provided an excellent service. I loved the fact that there was a terrace for morning coffee with a stunning view. Oh, and did I mention the free pass that came with staying for three or more nights? That was definitely a bonus!

The massage staff was off for the duration of our stay. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

The breakfast was excellent and the indoor swimming pool was a hit with our family. The view from the breakfast restaurant was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor hiccups with room allocation and cleanliness, the hotel staff was generally helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in St. Moritz.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the fact that I was given a free pass for all local transport. It made it so convenient for me to explore the surrounding area without worrying about additional costs. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short bus ride away from the town, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the helpfulness of the staff. They provided me with valuable information and advice, making my trip even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable.
