We had a wonderful stay at a grand hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the mountains. The restaurant offered excellent cuisine and the service was top-notch. The hotel's proximity to the train station made exploring the region convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the station. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and the funicular to the lower town. Being able to walk down to the city centre was a big plus for me. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Close to train station and easy access to the city center. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering great views. The breakfast included was above average with a good variety of options. The outdoor seating area was a nice bonus.

The uphill walk back to the train station was a bit challenging, although there were pedestrian ramps to help. The paper cups for tea and coffee in the room were not replaced, and some were left dirty.

One particular standout moment was when they arranged a taxi for us to the train station, ensuring our convenience and making our departure hassle-free. The breathtaking views and proximity to public transportation were definite bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The new year fireworks show was amazing, and we were grateful for the complimentary bottle of bubbly in our room. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town, with the train station and main attractions just a short walk away. the view from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the city from above.

Our experience was dampened by the poor service we received from the staff. They seemed indifferent to our queries and requests, which made us feel unwelcome.

One minor inconvenience was the steep incline when returning to the hotel. However, there is a funicular available to make the climb easier.
