I had a great stay at a hotel located next to Marques de Pombal square. the neighborhood was quiet and there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets. the room was clean, with daily cleaning and regular sheet and towel changes. I enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking Rua Braamcamp and Marques de Pombal square. the dividing glass with a curtain in the bathroom was a nice touch. the breakfast served on the ground floor was delicious, especially the famous pasteis de nata. the staff were all polite and spoke fluent English.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms had a TV and a large coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The views from the hotel were excellent, with stunning views of the city.

The service was not up to par. On the first day, the housekeeping manager apologized for an issue, but it happened again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the metro station, making it really easy to explore the city. We loved being away from the main tourist attractions, as it allowed us to experience a more authentic side of the city. The fact that it was next to Marques de Pombal square, with its 2 metro lines, made getting around a breeze.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.
