The staff at this hostel were really helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Jessie for sorting out my double booking and refunding the extra charges. The facilities were nice, with keycard lockers and comfortable beds with outlets and a small lamp each. The location was great, within walking distance of the city center and a quick tram ride to the UN and Red Cross. Plus, you get a free public transport card!
