I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were truly amazing, always going above and beyond to fulfill my ad hoc and special requests, such as warming baby food and assisting with the stroller. The room itself was huge and very comfortable, with a separate toilet and sink. The hotel's location was perfect, right at a bus stop, making it easy to explore this city and its attractions. Additionally, the hotel was close to the lake, offering beautiful swimming and walking areas. The breakfast served was also quite good, and I found the staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant to be polite and accommodating. In terms of cleanliness, I was impressed with how well-maintained the room was. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, convenient location, and great facilities.

The beautifully gorgeous scenery near the hotel was mesmerizing. I couldn't take my eyes off it! Walking by Lake Lucern all day and night was definitely worth it. The dining room was also spacious and impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay in Lucerne, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel located in the heart of the city. My spacious room featured a delightful Juliette terrace with a bistro set where I could enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne and Mt. Pilatus. The hotel's convenient location right by a bus stop made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was simply wonderful. I had a memorable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being right by the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. It is very convenient as there is a bus stop very close by, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with lots of closet space. The bathroom is large, and the bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi is reliable, allowing for easy internet access. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the alps.

The breakfast selection was limited and could be improved.

It was a great spot to watch the sunrise without leaving our room. the location was convenient, with easy access to Old Town via walking or the nearby bus stop. the landscaping was well-maintained, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The breakfast options were simple compared to other hotels in the same star category. the room was on the smaller side, and the lack of proper towel dryer in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.

The room was extremely comfortable with amenities like air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a wide range of services including laundry, tours, and even packed lunches. But one of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast, with a friendly Portuguese lady serving us with a smile. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

In terms of improvement, there was only one minor issue. One of the staff members at breakfast seemed unfriendly and annoyed when we asked for change.
