We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with jagged mountains right outside our window. The Y-Coor bus stop is conveniently located nearby, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. They even went out of their way to accommodate our requests and the food served at the dining restaurant was outstanding.

Stunning views and large rooms with balcony. Great breakfast selection and helpful, English-speaking staff. Short walk to downtown and easy access to ski station.

Limited facilities and outdated decor. Inconsistent heating and poor Wi-Fi signal strength in rooms. Staff polite but could be more engaging and accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay at a cozy hotel in Crans-Montana. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice marble and tile finishes. The water pressure in the shower was great. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from our balcony facing the mountains and the small lake. The staff was dedicated and even the new chef impressed us with a delicious beef burgundy. our experience was positive and we would recommend this hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Located on a hill, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the jagged mountains. It is conveniently close to various restaurants, and the Y-Coor bus stop in Montana is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and provide impressive vistas over the valley. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

The spa facilities were not fully functional during the stay.
