Fabulous lake views, helpful staff, delicious meals, lovely outings, beautiful drawing room.

The hotel has excellent amenities and a friendly staff, making for a fantastic experience. The car parking and nearby transportation options are convenient. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's restaurant options are top-notch, with live piano music during dinner. The beautiful surroundings and easy access to the lake provide a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel even offers newspaper service.

The staff at the hotel is extremely attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a luxury hotel in Lugano. The hotel's beautiful garden provided a tranquil escape from the busy street, and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel were superb. Our room had a stunning view that truly made us feel like we were in paradise.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and exclusivity that exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre, pools and Jacuzzi are of top-notch quality. the sun terrace, gardens and beach access are perfect for a soothing escape. the facial and massage treatments are executed by highly-skilled professionals. The rooms are efficiently designed and equipped with exclusive amenities that made my stay very comfortable. Cons: Although the service is excellent, the outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance during my stay and that decreased the available pool options. this hotel is a great option for a relaxing vacation.

I had an amazing stay at this exclusive resort-like hotel. The access to the lake for sunbathing and swimming was a special treat, complete with beach towels, sun beds, and chairs. The beautiful lawn was perfect for sunbathing, and the poolside bar served delicious cocktails. The balcony view was breathtaking, and the hotel's history as a Nobel Russian family property added a unique charm. The attention to detail, from the traditional old keys to the twice-daily housekeeping, made me feel like I stepped back in time. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary birthday treats were a nice touch.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates in the room upon arrival. the hotel had a beautiful view of the water and was located close to some great restaurants and shops. One of the best aspects was the relaxing and serene atmosphere of the hotel that made for a very peaceful stay.

We did have some minor dislikes. the room was a bit on the smaller side and lacked some amenities that we had hoped for.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated near the lake and offers beautiful views. Additionally, it is conveniently located on the Galleria, allowing easy access to both main restaurants without the need for taxis.

One drawback was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
