Examples of this include accommodating room changes and providing helpful information during check-in.

Excellent location near the train & bus station, 10 minutes by train to Venice. Easy to reach from the airport. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is free. The shared room was spacious so guests weren't in each other's faces while sleeping. They have a small kitchen with fridges and basic cutlery. Large lobby with sofas where you can stay while waiting for check-in/after check-out.
