The service is outstanding, with a kind and professional staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The Brasserie restaurant offers delicious meals and overlooks the river, providing a picturesque dining atmosphere. Plus, the hotel is situated close to the Convention Centre, making it a convenient choice for business travelers.

The bar staff had a disappointing lack of professionalism and failed to provide proper customer service.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with a view of the river from the lobby, breakfast area, and fitness centre. the breakfast was exceptional, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable.

The smell of cigar smoke on the terrace during dinner. the tea room receptionist was not helpful when we wanted to access the bar, leading us to an empty and unstaffed bar instead.

The bedsheets and duvet cover were extremely soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location in the heart of the old town, right on the river, was ideal for exploring. We highly recommend requesting a room with a view of the river for a truly stunning experience. The mini bar being accessible and free of charge was a nice added bonus.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. The location was superb, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Rhine River. The room itself was beautifully appointed and had all the modern amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the scrumptious Royal Tea in the afternoon and the fantastic breakfast served in our room each morning. Despite a minor issue with the bar, where we were asked to leave due to a reserved table, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel truly embodies old world elegance and provides top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
