The Brasserie restaurant offers delicious meals and overlooks the river, providing a picturesque dining atmosphere. Plus, the hotel is situated close to the Convention Centre, making it a convenient choice for business travelers.

The bar staff had a disappointing lack of professionalism and failed to provide proper customer service.

The smell of cigar smoke on the terrace during dinner. , the tea room receptionist was not helpful when we wanted to access the bar, leading us to an empty and unstaffed bar instead.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. The location was superb, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Rhine River. The room itself was beautifully appointed and had all the modern amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the scrumptious Royal Tea in the afternoon and the fantastic breakfast served in our room each morning. Despite a minor issue with the bar, where we were asked to leave due to a reserved table, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel truly embodies old world elegance and provides top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The private facilities were a definite advantage, with a library and massage services available for our use. The restaurant was top-notch, with a delicious continental breakfast served each morning. The bar/lounge area was a beautiful, relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. We were amazed by the live entertainment, which added a special touch to our stay.

The only downside of our stay was the packed lunch we had ordered. While the special diet menus were impressive, the packed lunch was lacking in flavor and not up to the standard we had come to expect from this hotel.
