I recently stayed at Hotel Restaurant Hirschen in a quieter area of Interlaken for a few days. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and the traditional Swiss atmosphere was delightful. The comfortable and clean room provided a relaxing stay, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of choices. I also appreciated the free bus pass and the option to do self-catering with the well-equipped facilities. The attached Swiss restaurant served delicious food, including fondue and stone-cooked steak.

our stay at the hirschen hotel exceeded our expectations. the spacious and well-equipped rooms, delicious breakfast spread, and convenient location made our stopover in interlaken even more enjoyable. we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to the main attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the room was quite warm, even with the radiator heater turned off.

The hotel itself had a charming atmosphere and my room had stunning views of the Jungfrau mountain. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even storing my bags after checkout. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and made-to-order eggs. The bathroom may have been small, but the fixtures were new and overall the room was comfortable.

Great stay and location for families. Very warm and friendly staff. Convenient location and easy access to nearby shops. Special attention to dietary needs. Comfortable and newly renovated rooms.

Ceilings are low due to the old building. Not soundproof, sometimes noisy from upstairs and kitchen noise from downstairs.

Historical Swiss chalet hotel, recently renovated room, small but spacious shower, delicious dinner in the garden restaurant, welcoming and attentive staff.

The hotel itself was charming, with a fascinating history dating back to the 17th century. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Our room was warm, cozy, and had great views. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. The free on-site parking was a bonus. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back!
